You told us. We listened.
We’ve always been all about giving the client the best experience possible, with our services being tailored to their visions. We’re constantly working to raise the bar in our industry, and our resolution for this new year was to work on our client portal system and make it a great experience that reflects our main product. Feedback we’ve received over the last couple of years has indicated that ActiveCollab can be cumbersome, confusing, and sometimes intermittently unresponsive. We’ve also learned that our systems we use for contract signing and invoicing could be easier to use as well. While we’ve spent considerable time looking into better systems, we’ve chosen to implement our new one as aggressively as possible.
We’ve chosen HoneyBook, a system built for small businesses like us that does everything we need and remains simple to use for our clients. We’re going to begin migrating our existing clients from ActiveCollab over to HoneyBook over the next few weeks.
If you’ve already completed your wedding kit forms, rest assured that they have been preserved. If you have not already done so, you’ll be able to work on them within the new system, HoneyBook. HoneyBook will even send them to you automatically when it’s time to complete them.
ActiveCollab will remain available for referencing your files and discussion threads until December 31, 2020, and after that time it will go offline.
Once you receive your email invite for HoneyBook, all communication for your event will take place through that platform. Simply click the link in that email to go to your project at any time, no logins necessary. Vibo, our music library building app, will remain a separate system and is unaffected by this transition.
